2025 Pastoral & Ministerial Ordination/Licensing Form & Requirements
PASTORAL / MINISTERIAL LICENSING

Individuals who believe in the principles, mission, and vision of Spirit Life Church may apply to become licensed pastors or ministers if they meet the following requirements:
For the Pastoral License:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must be called by God to minister (Ephesians 4:11)

Must complete at least two semesters of MTI
For the Ministerial License:

Must be at least 18 years of age
-
Must be called by God to minister (Ephesians 4:11)

Must complete at least one semester of MTI

1. First-Time Applicants:

Three Recommendation letters from trustworthy persons who can vouch for your character

Pastoral Applicants: Minimum two MTI semesters

Ministerial Applicants: Minimum one MTI semester

$99 Ministerial certification, $199 Pastoral certification
RENEWAL APPLICANTS FOR MINISTERS AND PASTORS' LICENSES:

Up to 2 Seminars Attended or 1 MTI Course in person or online
Provide Proof of confirmation for the seminars or Proof of MTI Registration

Pastoral License: $99
Ministerial License: $75

Two-year renewal
Pastoral License: $349 (saves $49 vs. two separate years)
Ministerial License: $179 (saves $19 vs. two separate years)

Three-year renewal
Pastoral License: $499 (saves $98 vs. three separate years)
Ministerial License: $249 (saves $48 vs. three separate years)

Application Deadline: Friday, October 31st, 2025. All supporting documents must also be received by that date; otherwise, your application will be void.
